01:48Three women and a man were killed in the attack, which partially destroyed an educational institution

02:12According to the regional military administration, a further 14 people, including four children,

02:17were injured in the strike.

02:20Krivi Ria has a population of around 660,000 and is the hometown of President Volodymyr

02:28In his nightly video address, he said if Ukraine had been provided with the air defense systems

02:33he's asked for, the missile that hit the city would have been intercepted.

02:41Thousands of protesters have rallied outside Serbia's state television building in Belgrade

02:46to protest against what they call the broadcaster's pro-government bias.

02:50The demonstration is part of wider protests across the country since a concrete canopy

02:55collapsed at Novi Sad railway station last November, killing 15 people.

03:00Protesters say they're angry that RTS is reporting President Aleksandar Vucic's claims that they

03:05were paid by foreign agents to overthrow his government.

03:09The protesters were silent for 15 minutes in memory of each of the canopy collapse victims.

04:15In an interview with CNN shortly after the court's decision, President-elect Donald Trump

04:19wouldn't say what he intended to do.

04:22Trump previously said he has a warm spot for TikTok, saying that the app helped him tap

04:26into a younger voter base to win the 2024 election.

04:31But it was Trump who initially spearheaded efforts to have it banned on national security

04:35grounds in 2020.
