00:00So, we're a specialty coffee roaster, so we specialise in really high-grade coffee.

00:05We work directly with farmers all over the world.

00:08We import and export this coffee then to various cafes and restaurants all over the country.

00:13Why should someone drink independent coffee rather than big brand supermarket coffee?

00:18So a lot of the independent roasteries and the specialty side of the industry, we really

00:24We're really pushing the boundaries and the pinnacle of what coffee can be.

00:27We pay much fairer prices and we're working directly with farmers all over the world,

00:31having an actual impact on their economies.

00:33You've just celebrated 10 years, tell us a bit about that.

00:37Yeah, so we turned 10 in November last year.

00:40So for our 10-year anniversary, we decided to crack open our freezer of coffees that

00:44we've collected over the years and we've released a special box set of 10 of the best

00:50coffees that we've had over the past 10 years and that's currently available now.
