Wetherspoons in Yorkshire is steeped in history.

00:10John de Tweng, the prior, was a former prior of the medieval monastery in Bridlington,
00:16which became a place of pilgrimage after his death and led to the development of the town.
00:21The well-known seaside town of Bridlington began long ago as a settlement by the Roman road to Flamborough.
00:28This place is steeped in history and the usual cheap food and drink.
