00:00Hello, my name is Frank. I own The Chilli Shop on Merrion Street at the Merrion Centre.
00:04We're the first chilli shop in the north and we are run by foodies and we collect all the best tastes in the world and
00:10we have the largest featured sauces on the Hot Wine Show as well, and it's great fun. You can come and try everything.
00:17So what's good about these chilli sauces?
00:20Well, basically, we're like a curator.
00:22We collect the best of everything in the world, the best wing sauce, the best sriracha, the best garlic.
00:27Everything is the best of the best and we highlight producers who are way ahead of food trends.
00:33So we will have something on the shelf here that chefs will come in and find or you will come in and find that will not
00:39be available anywhere else for quite a long time. So come in and play with your food.
