01:17We revealed yesterday that Sabrina Little was found dead in a disabled toilet at the
01:21Gurga Buffet Restaurant, Hotel and Bar located on Waterloo Road shortly after 1pm on Saturday
01:278th November 30th. Following reports of Sabrina's death, the
01:32Gurga Buffet Restaurant, Hotel and Bar have issued a following statement.
01:36The spokesperson said, on Thursday 28th November 2024 at 8.34pm a non-customer member of the
01:44public entered the premises and asked to use the toilet.
01:48As the restaurant had already closed for the evening, directions to the pub toilets, which
01:52are in a separate area of the building, were given.
01:55Staff in the pub provided further directions to the general pub toilets and did not issue
02:00access to the disabled toilet. Access to the separate and locked disabled
02:04toilet is gained via staff as the facility cannot be opened with a radar key.
02:09The male and female toilets are deep cleaned every morning and checked throughout the day.
02:14The disabled toilet is checked after every authorised use and cleaned as required due
02:18to infrequent use. When Blackpool's most luxurious venue, the
02:24Beach House Bistro and Bar will reopen after refurbishment.
