According to the latest briefings so far,
00:02
Xi'an has deployed 12,000 personnel from different departments
00:07
involved in the rescue, to carry out the search and rescue operations.
00:12
A total of 407 trapped individuals have been rescued

and 14 relocation and resettlement sites have been established.
00:21
And more than 4,500 disaster-affected residents have been relocated and settled.
00:28
And as for now, all road sections damaged by the earthquake have been fully repaired.
00:33
And also, according to the latest status,
00:36
there has been no further increase in casualties from the earthquake.
00:41
And this afternoon, we actually arrived in Changsuoxiang,
00:46
one of the areas most severely affected by the earthquake.
00:51
And actually, based on visits to several rescue and resettlement sites,
00:56
we know that a comprehensive assessment of disaster conditions
01:00
in the villages and towns has been completed.
01:04
So now, the current focus of relief efforts
01:08
has gradually shifted to resettling and assisting disaster victims,
01:12
as well as conducting follow-up inspections of damaged buildings.
01:18
And due to the dispersed nature of the villages in this epicenter area,
01:23
no large-scale centralized resettlement sites have been established.
01:27
Instead, tents like this have been set up in safe areas within each village.
