00:00And our good take is the Haraya Festival of Soksar Gen.

00:05That's the central news of Floyd Brents.

00:09Traditional dances, songs, stories, and even political acts,

00:15traditional costumes, and other forms of theater.

00:18These are just a few of the three-day festival of Haraya in Soksar Gen

00:23that gave attention to the rich culture of the region.

00:26They inspired us to display to showcase our talent

00:29and at the same time, the culture of Region 12.

00:32To strengthen the industry of the region,

00:35the Department of Trade and Industry or DTI in Soksar Gen

00:39made a huge contribution.

00:42This is the Fiesta Haraya that has the theme of a regional creative festival.

00:46We do recognize that you are not only drivers of economic growth and development

00:54but also vital instruments for preserving our culture and traditions.

01:01This law fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment

01:06where Filipino creativity thrives.

01:09This is done as part of the implementation of Republic Act No. 11904

01:15or the Philippine Creative Industries Development Act of 2022

01:19that protects the rich industries in the country.

01:23We are already bankrupt but we are still pushing.

01:26Thank you, Department of Trade and Industry,

01:29for not just showcasing but supporting and promoting our arts.

01:34Our Constitution and Bill of Rights were followed.

01:37Section 14, Article 14, the state should promote its culture.

01:42So, good job!

01:43Indeed, the Fiesta Haraya is a proof of the importance of rich industries

01:49in preserving our culture.
