00:04on the same anniversary of the death of Gat Jose Rizal

00:18and state of state of internal decency-free.

00:23The declaration of Cagayan province as insurgency-free became historical

00:27after it coincided with the 118th anniversary of the death of Gat Jose Rizal today.

00:34Explained by Governor Manuel Mamba,

00:36they followed the declaration on the 10th anniversary of Rizal

00:40to make the celebration happen

00:42where the fight of the province against the rebelling group lasted for more than five decades.

00:48The fight against the CPP-NPA

00:57and the fight of the provinces that lasted for more than 50 years

01:07is now over.

01:10The governor also thanked the Armed Forces of the Philippines,

01:15Philippine National Police

01:16and several other security agencies

01:19who fought to ensure peace in Cagayan.

01:22The Philippine Army, PNP,

01:26Departments of Interior and Local Government

01:28and the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency

01:31will continue their programs

01:34to maintain order and peace in the province.
