00:00The traffic situation in Andaya National Highway is getting better in the town of Lupi in Camarines Sur.

00:07This is thanks to the help of various government agencies that are implementing the Stop and Go Scheme.

00:13According to Radio Pilipinas Albay,

00:15the Regional Highway Patrol Group Unit 5 and other units of the PNP

00:23have conducted a coordinated operation to provide traffic assistance to motorists in Kapalunga, Camarines Norte.

00:28According to the authorities,

00:30motorists can now use the alternative route in Sipocot, Camarines Norte Route

00:36or in Santa Elena, Kapalunga, Daed, Camarines Norte Route.

00:40First here in Panayam yesterday and in Bagong Pilipinas today,

00:44DPWH Region 5 Director Virgilio Eduardo said that there was soil erosion due to the recent typhoons.

00:53In this area, they are continuing to do steel sheet filing and backfiling in other road sections that needs to be fixed.

01:04Now, our traffic is open because we can now control the one-way traffic
