00:00Dusky WRU is an online learning platform that we developed for all the clubs across Wales

00:07to engage in and provide bespoke learning opportunities through a virtual environment.

00:12Peter, I don't think he's missed any and the ones he couldn't attend live he's caught up,

00:18watched again via the virtual function, fully engaging in Dusky WRU throughout the year.

00:23The WRU Dusky Cymru programme works very, very well. It's got a wide range of topics,

00:31all of which help to run in a successful rugby club. The one I particularly think matters

00:37is EDI, equality, diversity, inclusivity, because if people feel welcome when they come

00:45to your rugby club, they're more likely to join, they're more likely to bring their friends,

00:49which again gives a better atmosphere and also increases the sustainability of your rugby club.

00:57Peter's been brilliant across Dusky WRU. He's shared case studies through the webinars,

01:01he's provided interaction via the chat function with the presenters and other members in the team

01:07and he's just been fully engaged with the programme from day one.

01:09It definitely helps you as a rugby club, whether it's getting volunteers.

01:14You can do it at your leisure, sitting on the sofa in the house or even on the iPad

01:18when you're cooking your tea. There's some top tips in all of the webinars, we just ask you to fully engage

01:23with the webinars and let us know your feedback and then we'll take that on board moving forward.
