Miho Nakayama (中山 美穂, Nakayama Miho, 1 March 1970 – 6 December 2024) was a Japanese singer and actress. Nakayama was found dead in her house by her staff in Ebisu, Shibuya, Tokyo on December 6, 2024. She was scheduled to perform her Christmas show in Osaka on that same day, but the cancellation was announced before the event was scheduled to be held due to her poor health. According to investigators, a colleague of hers visited her house after finding out that she did not show up for work that day.

Sorella di Shinobu Nakayama, debuttò nel 1985 in un film live action basato sul manga Be-Bop High School e nel 1987 fu protagonista del videogioco Nakayama Miho no Tokimeki High School, un dating sim per Famicom Disk System. Nel 1995 ottenne un Blue Ribbon Awards per la miglior attrice per il suo ruolo in Love Letter di Shunji Iwai. Nel 2018 partecipò al live action Marmalade Boy.
