00:04Essentially we're trying to change up the topics that we cover in these videos and there are so

00:08many nice places to live in Greater Manchester we thought that taking a look at some of the

00:12properties that have been listed around the area could be a super nice way of reminding you about

00:18places like Bowdoin which remains one of the more sought-after areas in Greater Manchester.

00:24It's a suburb of Altrium and has some wonderful schools, great transport links and some lovely

00:28little independent businesses. Now with there usually being plenty of interest in property

00:34that becomes available in the town, Purple Bricks have this on offer. This three-bed house is

00:39semi-detached and has been totally remodelled. The specification includes an angled glass cooker

00:45extraction hood, electric four ceramic hob, freestanding LG American fridge freezer with

00:52ice and water dispenser, a Bosch fitted oven and microwave and off the kitchen and dining area

01:27and we are aware that we've started off with what is quite an expensive house, however we are going

01:31to be mixing it up quite a lot. We are going to be looking at houses on the lower income scale

01:35as well, particularly for sort of students and young professionals looking to move towards the

01:40city. Now we're still finding our feet with this property concept so you'll have to bear with us
