00:00The government has no new extension of the consolidation for the PUV modernization program.

00:05This was given by Transportation Undersecretary Andy Ortega

00:10in the new Philippine program of PTV.

00:13According to Usec Ortega, they will give the LTFRB for a few days or weeks

00:18so that the number or number of consolidations can be unified.

00:22The extension was given for more than a month

00:25for the consolidation so that the cooperatives can be unified.

00:30Ortega also explained that this consolidation is a success.

00:34The DOTR official also stated that the PUV modernization

00:39is for the improvement of the computer experience of millions of passengers.

00:44It is also for the survival of drivers

00:47so that they can lead a normal life like a government or private company employee.

00:53We are thankful to the majority who believed in the program.

00:58They put faith in the program, in the government

01:01and they joined the program and consolidated

01:04because they know the most objective.

01:07For those who did not consolidate, I do believe

01:10it is clear that they really did not want to join

01:13and they were given all the opportunities

01:16and I do believe they know what to do,

01:19which they have been doing the past month.

01:21They will not travel because they did not consolidate

01:26so that they can avoid the high penalties or suspension

01:31that we normally give to vehicles that are not supposed to be on the road.

01:36The program of our government continues

01:40and we will see changes from now on, years to come,

01:45for the good of our commuters.
