00:00We came to pick up the train this morning just to pop down to Olinga and the machines
00:12are not working.

00:15A free ride as it was yesterday.
00:16On the Ipema Street platform the machinery didn't work for me to tap on and tap off.
00:38Not such a big problem for me because I'm a pensioner so I wouldn't be paying at this
00:42hour of the day.
00:44I know from my own experience with computer and cyber systems but also I have children
00:48who work in that area that introducing a whole new system is actually a really difficult
00:53thing to do and getting it working perfectly right off the bat just ain't going to happen.
00:59So hats off to them.
01:00I wish them all the best and I think it's really good if they respond to our, not only
01:04our criticisms but our support.
01:07I wish them very well.
