02:09Center, where she has been since Saturday, or at the House Detention Facility.

02:14Meantime, Duterte says Lopez expressed her desire to quit after being deeply traumatized

02:19in the House Detention Facility.

02:21On Friday night, the House Committee ordered the transfer of Lopez to the Women's Correctional

02:25Facility, which she refused to comply with.

02:28She then had a panic attack.

02:30She was initially brought to VMMC but was transferred to St. Luke's Medical Center

02:34in Quezon City.

02:36Lopez was brought back to VMMC after her condition stabilized.

02:41Vice President Sara Duterte will have to answer before the National Bureau of Investigation

02:46and possibly face a gamut of consequences, from disbarment to legal liabilities.

02:51This, after she said she had laid down a plan to kill President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., First

02:56Lady Liza Araneta Marcos, as well as House Speaker Martin Romualdez, should she die herself.

03:07the president as declared by the self-confessed mastermind will now face legal consequences.

03:13Andres confirms they would be issuing a subpoena to Duterte.

03:55Response teams from multiple government agencies helped put the fire out.

04:00The Philippine Air Force deployed air assets that did heli-bucket operations, which means

04:04dumping water in areas engulfed by the fire.

04:08Deployed for the heli-bucket operations were a Black Hawk helicopter, Bell 205, and a Sokol

04:13helicopter.

04:15The Philippine Coast Guard also assisted in putting out the fire.

04:18The first fire alert was reported at 8.02 a.m.

04:21Authorities declared Task Force Charlie, which means at least 32 fire trucks should be deployed

04:26to help control the fire at 11.51 a.m.

04:29The Tutuban Fire Volunteer Association also responded to the fire incident.

04:34It took six hours before the fire was put under control and another two hours before

04:39officials declared the area cleared.

04:41The Philippine Air Force says the fire devastated over a thousand structures and displaced approximately

04:472,000 families.

04:49Families are currently housed at the Deltan Evacuation Center in Manila.
