00:00So I'm here with Gary White, who's just brought some prawns off the local business here.

00:05And Gary, why do you keep coming back to this business?

00:08Yes, well, good morning.

00:10I keep coming back here to support the locals, and without them Port Macquarie is nothing.

00:15We need to make sure that all the locals, doesn't matter what business they are in,

00:19that we keep supporting the locals, and that way everybody can contribute to the community

00:25and everybody can get a job.

00:29And how does it feel, I guess, buying your produce direct from the boat here?

00:33Is it a pretty, like, awesome thing, buying seafood direct from the boat?

00:37Yes, it's a good thing to be able to come down and get it straight from the fishermen,

00:41who only just came in over the bar half an hour ago.

00:46And then we're getting fresh produce, the same as the farmers' markets.

00:50We're supporting our local farmers, whether you're farming the sea or farming the agriculture,

00:55about supporting local and freshly grown products.

00:59It's a win-win.

01:01And how are you going to eat your prawns today, just in a sandbow, or?

01:04No, this afternoon we'll peel a few and we'll have a couple of cold beers, and we'll pour

01:09a bit of chilli sauce with a couple of them, and that's about how we'll do them.
