00:03In Philadelphia, a big battle, by the way, home of many Army Navy games in Philadelphia,

00:08the commanders and the Philadelphia Eagles supremacy here in the NFC East, a minus three

00:13and a half point favorite at minus 115 Jews at the fan blue sports book where it currently

00:17stands a total of forty eight and a half.

00:19Mark, how's this one play out tonight in Philadelphia?

00:21Look, we know this is a new commander's team from what we've seen in years past, but I

00:27don't know.

00:28This is a new commander's defense.

00:30Last year, the two finals were thirty eight, thirty one and thirty four, thirty one.

00:35There were a lot of passing yards thrown by the Eagles all over the place, like all over

00:39the place.

00:40Both Devonta Smith and and A.J. Brown had huge games.

00:45I think A.J. Brown two games last year had 17 receptions for three hundred five yards

00:49and four touchdowns against the commander's defense.

00:52I don't expect that to change.

00:54Marshall Nightimore is not dressing for the commanders in this game, so he's not in.

00:58I would expect more of this.

00:59I think it's a shootout, guys.

01:00I also like the over in the first half of twenty three and a half.

01:03They cleared this number in both games last year by a considerable margin.

01:07There's twenty one to seventeen and one of them and and seventeen to ten.

01:11So I think we get a lot of points here, despite the fact that it's a short week and, you know,

01:17the Eagles really, I think they've sort of asserted themselves in the last couple of

01:20week is, you know, the team we thought they would be after a little bit of chaos earlier

01:25in the year.

01:26And of course, their fans still want their seven and two coach fired.

01:28But it is Philadelphia.

01:30What more would you expect?

01:31Listen, there's been times where Nick Sirianni, despite a seven and two team, could argue

01:36that his seat is very hot because he is mismanaged to whatever.

01:39Anyway, as it stands, you know, and looking at these two teams for the rest of the season

01:44entering tonight, of course, top spot in the NFC East on the line Philly is there right

01:49now in nearly a two and a half dollar minus money favorite to win the division.

01:54But what is your outlook beyond the division for both of these teams?

01:58Do you consider the birds a true NFC contender?

02:01Are the commanders a shoe in to continue the good play down the home stretch and be a playoff

02:06team?

02:07Yes, I think the Eagles are a legit NFC contender.

02:12They just have too much talent.

02:13Jalen Hurts is not getting enough credit for what he's doing with the offense and the glue

02:17that he's doing everything to keep it together.

02:19As long as the Eagles pass defense holds up, they should be fine.

02:22The commanders will make the playoffs, but they will be one and done.

02:25Because as we've seen with the commanders this year, the two times they've had to really

02:29step up in class against the Steelers and against the Ravens, they lost them both.

02:34This is a step up in class here.

02:36So let's see what the commanders can do.

02:38I don't know that they win this game again, but when they've had to step up in class and

02:42play legit opponents, not playing the Giants twice, and they're not playing the Panthers,

02:46and they're not playing the Bengals, guess what?

02:49They find themselves in much tougher games.

02:52Those games were competitive for sure, where Washington does look the ilk of a playoff

02:57team.

02:58But yes, they have come out on the losing end.
