Typhoon Toraji has hit the northern Philippines, further damaging villages that are still recovering from the previous typhoons. The Philippines is working with other countries to provide relief to residents in the area.

00:08around 2,500 villages to evacuate over the weekend. The Philippines is receiving

00:13aid from neighboring countries and the United States including food and water

00:17for residents in the hardest-hit areas. The country has yet to recover from the

00:21last two typhoons which caused more than 160 deaths and affected millions of

00:26people.
