People of Glasgow on where they’re spending Christmas this year

We ask Glaswegians where they’ll be spending Christmas this year.

00:10family are still here they're still based here so I'll be with my family at

00:14my mother's house in the West End just off Bowes Road.

00:18Have you ever spent Christmas outside of Glasgow?

00:20No, no I don't see any reason for that.

00:24Have you ever spent Christmas anywhere else?

00:26Twice, yeah. Once in Cape Town because my brother was in Cape Town for 15 years

00:32which is very odd because it's high summer and once in London so because I

00:36was working there.

00:37Is it important for you to spend it here then?

00:39Not particularly, no, no but I don't know of any other place in the world that I would rather be

00:44or maybe Edinburgh but I thought about that for New Year a number of times but

00:50I never ever got around to doing it although I do go there during the year

00:54so I'm a Glasgow person and then I'm an Edinburgh person and then I'm a Scottish

00:59person something a little bit of Aberdeen.
