00:41It was hit by a strong wind of 110 kmph near the center of the city of Pagusan at 135 kmph.
00:51It is currently moving at a speed of 20 kmph.
00:57We hope that while Hurricane Nika is moving, it will reach the 5th category.
01:08According to our forecast, it will hit the provinces of Isabela and northern parts of Aurora tomorrow morning or until the afternoon.
