00:19Guys, it's still early. The weather here in Santa Ana, Cagayan is already bad.

00:23In fact, as you can see behind me,

00:26some small fishing boats docked here at the Port of San Vicente,

00:31like the Temvi Eagle Ferry, which was able to travel freely due to the high waves in the sea.

00:37This is also based on the order of the Philippine Coast Guard,

01:40many barangays are possible to be flooded.

01:42This will happen if the storm surge, high tide, and heavy rainfall occur at the same time.

01:49Based on the DILG codex,

01:51the barangays and Cagayan will be included in the critical area.

01:59The DILG increased the alert level in these areas to level Charlie

02:04or the highest alert level.

02:06The wind is expected to be up to 100 kilometers per hour

02:13and intense to torrential rains

02:15that could also cause another landslide

02:20in the far end of Santa Ana, Cagayan.
