00:00The government has sent additional assistance to Cagayan Valley, which was hit by the typhoon Marse.

00:11We are very happy to experience the people of the northern part of Cagayan in the aftermath of the typhoon Marse.

00:19Because of this, 12,277 families were affected, 40,478 individuals were affected in the province.
