00:00At the present time, the Tropical Storm Marseille is still strong in the eastern part of the Bicol Region.

00:06It was last seen at a distance of 740 kilometers in the eastern part of Birac, Catanduanes.

00:13It has a strong wind of 85 kilometers, close to the middle, and a gust of up to 105 kilometers per hour.

00:22It will bring rain in the extreme northern Luzon and the eastern part of Luzon.

00:27Meanwhile, it is possible that the number one signal will be raised in some parts of Cagayan this evening or tomorrow morning.

00:34According to the forecast of Pag-asa, there is a possibility that the Tropical Storm Marseille will be a severe tropical storm category.
