00:02A typhoon-like typhoon hit earlier this morning

00:06as it approached the Orchid Island in southern Taiwan.

00:12According to the forecast,

00:13a typhoon-like typhoon hit the city of Itbayat, Batanes,

00:17at a speed of 155 kilometers per hour.

00:19The typhoon is moving at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour.

00:25The typhoon has a wind speed of 175 kilometers per hour

00:29and a speed of 215 kilometers per hour.

00:32Signal number 3 is in the province of Batanes

00:36while signal number 2 is in Babuyan Islands.

00:39Signal number 1 is in several places in Luzon

00:42including the mainland of Cagayan, Isabela, Apayaw, Abra,

00:46Mountain Province, Ifugao, Tilagang Bahagi ng Benguet,

00:50Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur.

00:52According to the forecast,

00:54a typhoon-like typhoon will land in the eastern part of Taiwan this afternoon

00:58and the Philippine Area of Responsibility will leave the island

01:01tomorrow night or tomorrow morning.
