00:00Up to 8,000 individuals from Shamna Bayan in Cagayan were evacuated due to the cut of the Lion Storm.

00:08According to Cagayan PDRRMO Rueli Rapsing,

00:12the stockpile of family food packs and non-food items of the LGUs is still sufficient to meet the needs of the evacuees.

00:20The official also said that it is possible for them to return tonight if the situation in the province continues to get better.

00:28The Rapid Damage Needs Assessment is also being carried out in affected areas to find out what went wrong with the infrastructure.

00:36The supply of electricity and water in the province is still in good condition

00:41due to the impact of the Lion Storm.

00:44Christine and Leon are now calling on the province to replenish their quick response fund to support their recovery efforts.

00:54To our countrymen, if you are in Metro Manila or other provinces and you are in the province of Cagayan,

01:03rest assured, your local government units and provincial government are prepared for all the trials that we are going through right now.
