00:18In Rizal, Sorsogon City, a video was captured of the strong flooding.

00:24While the rescue team of San Isidro Bulan, Sorsogon, MDRRMO, and other emergency agencies

00:32responded to the residents who needed to be evacuated due to the flood.

00:36In Bonbon Limon, Albay, this road was flooded due to the white and waterlogged water that entered their houses.

00:46While in the town of Jomilar in Albay, the flood level was gradually increasing

00:53due to the pre-emptive evacuation of the authorities for the residents.

00:59Meanwhile, in Makilala, Cotabato, the water level in an overflow bridge was low
