00:15The cadet student was said to be bullied by his senior who allegedly pressed a hot iron

00:20against his chest.

00:21The incident was reported by the Merdeka Times portal.

00:25The report said the incident came to light after a duty officer at the camp found out

00:30during a training drill participated by the cadet student last week.

00:35The armed forces said a detailed investigation will be carried out and there will be no cover-up

00:41or compromise.

00:42They said stern disciplinary and legal action will be taken against those responsible for

00:48the alleged bullying incident.

00:50They said the developments resulting from the investigation will be known to the public

00:55In 2017, the nation was shocked by the brutal assault of military cadet officer Zulfarhan

01:02Osman Zulkarnain by a group of fellow students at the University Pertahanan National Malaysia.

01:08The 20-year-old succumbed to his injuries caused by ironing machine attacks.
