00:05after it became a super typhoon

00:08earlier this morning at 8 o'clock

00:10at the expected time.

00:11The center of the storm passed 350 kilometers

00:14in the north of Calayan, Cagayan

00:17and is moving in the north of Canluran

00:19at a speed of 10 kilometers per hour.

00:22It has a strong wind of 185 kilometers per hour

00:26and a gust of 230 kilometers per hour

00:29with a high signal number 3 in some places in Luzon

00:32including Batanes, eastern portion of Baboyan Island

00:36and northeastern portion of mainland Cagayan.

00:39Signal number 2 and signal number

00:43in other places in Luzon are also high.

00:45In the hope that the storm León will continue

00:49to sweep the northern part of the Philippine Sea

00:52until the eastern part of the ocean

00:55of Taiwan lands tomorrow afternoon.

00:57It is the closest to the province of Batanes

01:00from later tonight until tomorrow morning

01:03and the possibility of a landfall

01:06in Batanes is still a possibility.
