00:28Right now, we are monitoring the storm or low-pressure areas inside and outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:36Right now, the Northeast Monsoon or Hangi Ngamihan is shining here in the extreme northern zone.

00:42Because of this, we expect that the Batanes will experience a heavy downpour of rain.

00:47Meanwhile, the Easter days are shining in a large part of our country, including Metro Manila.

00:53We expect that we will experience a hot and humid weather until the afternoon.

00:59There is a high chance of heavy downpours in the afternoon and night, like localized thunderstorms.

01:05Right now, we have the Northeast Monsoon, which is a cold wind.

01:08And the Easter days, which is a hot wind.

01:10When these two have an interaction with each other, this is what we call a shear line.

01:16This shear line is now affecting the Babuyan Islands.
