00:00As of 3 a.m., the LPA is at 165 kilometers west-northwest of Coron, Palawan.

00:15The chance of this being a typhoon is low.

00:17It is also within the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ.

00:21The LPA is also within a tropical depression outside the park.

00:25It is within a distance of 2,540 kilometers east of the Extreme Northern Luzon.

00:30The impact on our country is severe because it is expected to move eastward.

00:35And for the time being, it is expected that there will be heavy rains,

00:41landslides and landslides in the Bicol Region, Mimaropa, Quezon, Rizal, Laguna and Batangas

00:48due to the effects of the LPA and ITCZ.
