00:00Okay, this next activity we're going to be calling a chase of the feet, so it's important

00:03just when we are making our connections, our feet, we're chasing our feet, we're making

00:07that positive collision.

00:08Okay, so what that looks like, so I'll have a demonstration here.

00:11Okay, so partner one will be facing, so we'll have a hand on her shoulders, okay, and once

00:16she, partner two will lean over, and once she releases her hands up, she's going to

00:20make a tackle by staying on her feet.

00:22Go!

00:23Into that position there, wrapping her arms.

00:25Okay, do a couple on one side, the other side and then swap over.

00:28Off you go.

00:29It's important you get that lean on first, once you feel the lean from partner one, release

00:35and chase your feet into a good position.

00:38When you're ready.

00:39Make sure you chase your feet, hand release when you're in your own time, hand release

00:44in your own time.

00:45Good, don't take to the floor, good.

00:48So really lean over and squeeze in, chase your feet.

00:53Okay, once you've done a couple on your shoulders, good, release down, chase your feet.
