00:13The power of the self.

00:15And what is self?

00:16That within you that must remain unaffected by chance.

00:21Otherwise, you will be puppets in the hands of luck.

00:26You yawn, you cough, you sneeze, you breathe,

00:28you ingest food and you find it digested.

00:31Do you know how things are happening in the digestive tract?

00:34You don't know that.

00:34But it's just happening.

00:35Oh, I felt this way.

00:37Did you choose to feel that way?

00:39No, it was just chance.

00:41And we all are actually puppets.

00:43Whatsoever is happening in life is just a chemical game.

00:46That sounds quite depressing, right?

00:48But as we said, there's brightness ahead.

00:50Every cloud has a silver lining.

00:51The self is above all luck.
