00:31Very, very dizzy.

00:32Especially my cochlear implant as well, my balance is quite off.

00:35So it's that extra bit of challenge there.

00:37So I'm really having to make... You know, having my window,

00:40my left window, remembering the left window.

00:43And just focusing on my focus point, and that's really helping.

00:46But literally afterwards, I'm like,

00:47I need a bit of time just to kind of...

00:49The thumb trick, look at the thumbs.

00:52That gets you not dizzy anymore.
