00:00Of course, the Steelers, after the win in Atlanta, back-to-back road games, they will
00:09go to Denver this week.
00:11It will be Justin Fields again.
00:13Here is Mike Tomlin on his team, heading back on the road for a second week in a row.
00:18The first thing that I think about when I think about going to Denver is the environment,
00:23particularly this portion of the season.
00:25It is a hostile and challenging environment in a lot of ways, from a crowd noise perspective,
00:31from a conditioning perspective.
00:35We can't run from that.
00:36We've got to run to that.
00:37We need to prepare with those things in mind this week to get ourselves in the very best
00:43position to perform from a conditioning perspective, to work with crowd noise, particularly on
00:48offense and in those waiting moments.
00:51We did similar things last week in terms of preparation for Atlanta.
00:55It's helpful to us to have that experience under our belt this week as we prepare with
01:00those things in mind.
01:01Well, let's just compare the two.
01:04A, nobody cares about the Falcons, and people barely go.
01:10More people go to Georgia football games and want to go to Georgia football games than
01:14Falcon games, and everyone in Denver goes to the Broncos game.
01:19Literally every seat is sold out, no matter if they're good or bad, and the Steelers are
01:24literally donuts in Denver.
01:26They have never won a game there.
01:28They literally are like 0 and 9,000.
01:31I have been to every single loss the Steelers have ever had there.
01:35It is a bloodletting every time they go.
01:37Like honestly, if they win there, I will keel over, and especially with that field's throwing
01:42picks.
01:43Listen, Denver was okay last week, and then they let it slip through their fingers as
01:48well.
01:49You know, they were playing well, and then they weren't.
01:50The second half was a disaster at Seattle, right?
01:54Wasn't that game at Lumen Field?
01:55I think they lost in McDonald's first game in Seattle.
01:59Look, I don't think the Broncos are better than the Steelers.
02:02I don't think Bo Nix is better than Justin Fields, but I think that city, that stadium,
02:08that atmosphere, at least Tomlin has that right.
02:10He's like, it's a very hostile place.
02:13You know, it's a graveyard for the Steelers.
02:16They go there to get buried.
02:17I have seen more playoff losses and more losses there.
02:21Two of them, you've talked about them, the Tebow game in Nebraska over the top with a
02:24second left, and the Steelers should have won that game all day.
02:27I got on that team plane and flew back with the Pittsburgh Steelers, and all I remember
02:31was getting on the plane and Myron Koepp looked at me and he said, shut up.
02:36Just shut up.
02:37Don't say one word out of your mouth, your fat mouth.
02:41And I just, because you know, I was young and dumb.
02:42I was like, that sucked.
02:43And he's like, shut up.
02:47Okay.
02:48Minus two and a half for the Steelers, one of our many road favorites this week.
02:55And 36 and a half is the total.
02:58So you're on the Broncos this week.
03:00You're on Denver.
03:0136 point total.
03:03How disastrous is that?
03:05That's like having a bad dinner.
03:0736.
03:08Are you kidding me?
03:09That's like inviting failure.
