00:00I'll start with LeBron, of course, because why not?
00:03He's LeBron.
00:04He picked up his $52.6 million player option for next year.
00:10Rich Paul put out a big statement about how, you know,
00:13he still wants to win now and everybody's kind of like mad at him
00:16because he should have took less money and declined the option
00:19and signed a different deal.
00:21It seems like LeBron wants it all, Scott.
00:24He wants to get paid his big money,
00:26but also for the Lakers to load up on other good players.
00:30Listen, I don't believe for one minute that he's getting moved.
00:36Like, I've been hearing how all day today I've heard that now,
00:40the first one was Dallas, that he was going to Dallas.
00:43That was the first bad rumor I heard today.
00:46Now, anything else beyond that is uncivilized.
00:49There is no way on hell's green earth that they're getting rid of LeBron James for anything.
00:57Like, even at 23 years into the league, he is the entire franchise.
01:05That's just all there is to it.
01:06Luka and LeBron are not going anywhere.
01:09He's going to finish his career with the Lakers.
01:11I will keel over if they trade LeBron James to anyone.
01:17He is not leaving Los Angeles with all of his entertainment company,
01:22production studios, movies, TV shows, podcast, everything that he does.
01:27This guy is stuck there like glue for the rest of his life.
01:32He's not leaving Los Angeles.
01:33Even when he's done playing, he's going to own a part of a team
01:37and still live in Los Angeles. Watch.
01:41That is precisely what he's going to do.
01:43And I've even seen the Lakers might do some crazy stuff too,
01:46obviously with LeBron staying.
01:47Now, I saw before that they're going to get Aiton from Portland.
01:52Like, Portland's supposed to be buying out Aiton.
01:55And Aiton's going to go to the Lakers.
01:56He's a free agent.
01:57I think that the minute I saw that he was available,
02:00I thought the Lakers would want him because they need a center
02:03worse than people need oxygen.
02:06And that also Portland's going to send Jeremy Grant to the Lakers
02:10and they would send Hachimura back to Portland as part of all that as well.
02:14Which would be no loss whatsoever for the Lakers.
