00:13A day after his arrest, federal prosecutors unveiled a sweeping indictment that claims

00:17the rapper abused, threatened, and coerced women for decades.

00:21It accuses him of running a racketeering conspiracy that included sex trafficking, forced labor,

00:26kidnapping, arson, and bribery.

00:29Many of the allegations center on so-called freak-offs, which prosecutors describe as

00:33elaborate and produced sex performances between victims and male sex workers during which

00:39Combs would masturbate.

00:40They allege Diddy, real name Sean Combs, and his associates wielded the power and prestige

00:45of his fame to intimidate, threaten, and lure female victims into his orbit, then used force,

00:52threats of force, and coercion to get them to participate.

00:55During the freak-offs, prosecutors claimed Combs and others kept victims obedient and

00:59compliant by providing them with drugs, then subjected them to physical, emotional, and

01:04verbal abuse, including hitting and kicking them, threatening career repercussions, and

01:10blackmailing them with footage.

01:12An attorney for Diddy stated,

01:13We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of

01:18Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney's Office.
