00:06JT was arrested on DWI charges after leaving a restaurant and heading to a friend's house in New York,
00:12according to People's unnamed source.
00:14Justin's lawyer told CNN he was released from custody and was arraigned on one count of driving while intoxicated.
00:21He was also cited for running a stop sign and not staying in his lane.
00:26People also says that later today, Sag Harbor PD is expected to release a statement on the incident.
00:32Justin is in the middle of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour.
00:35His next stop is set for Friday in Chicago.
