Susan Kelechi Watson caught up with Billboard’s Tetris Kelly on the red carpet of the 2024 Emmy Awards.

00:00First of all, I gotta start by saying you look amazing.

00:02Thank you so much.

00:03You've been a part of a lot of great TV shows and films, so tell me about what you're excited

00:06to see tonight represented on stage.

00:08Oh wow.

00:09You know, I think we're doing a lot of tributes to TV tonight, and I love that.

00:12You know, I love when we dig in the crates and go back and really pay homage to the people

00:16that we grew up watching, the things that brought laughter, you know, smiles to our

00:20face or tears to our eyes.

00:22I love that kind of thing.

00:23I'm a little sentimental when it comes to that kind of stuff, so I'm here for that.

00:26I'm also excited for friends of mine who are nominated.

00:29I'm really excited to, you know, share in their first nomination with them, and some

00:34people, I really love their work, and I get to see them on the red carpet.

00:36It's really amazing.

00:37Talking about what we're celebrating, what have you been watching that you're looking

00:40forward to see come back?

00:41You know what?

00:42I've been watching, right now, Zero.

00:43I'm literally doing two plays in New York right now, Good Bones at the Public Theater,

00:48and that's the one that's coming up this week, and then we have a show coming out on Netflix

00:53soon, I think I'm just allowed to say soon, with Shondaland and Netflix.

00:58So, it's been a busy time, and I haven't been able to watch much, but guess what?

01:04The last thing I watched was Supercell on Netflix, and I think that filled my cup.

01:09Your cup is full.

01:10You know, my cup is full.

01:11That was in July, and so I'm hanging on to that, and then I'm just going to, you know,

01:17so there are things that I always watch.

01:18There are things like, there are TV shows that are just kind of like part of my everyday

01:23that are kind of on hiatus right now, so I haven't been able to watch them, but I'm excited

01:27to get back to it.

01:28I have a running list.
