No matter how many hospitals and health centers we build, no matter how many
00:06
medical health professionals we employ, and no matter how much equipment
00:11
we acquire, it would all be devoid of meaning and purpose if patients
00:16
cannot reach them in moments of need. I reiterate that the most effective and
00:21
life-changing impact can only happen when we genuinely put the welfare of our
00:27
fellow Filipinos on the top of our priorities. I expect that every LJU
00:32
beneficiary will use these vehicles responsibly and efficiently and urge the
00:37
PCSO, the LGUs, other agencies to continue creating programs and projects
00:42
that will bring life and security to everyone.
00:57
When it comes to ambulances, it's a matter of health care. It's a matter of life and death.
01:01
It should not be politicized, because I know the system that when I was a governor,
01:11
if you are strong, you can get an ambulance. If you are not strong, you will be on the list.
01:19
So it should not be politicized, our health care system.
