00:29 total well-being of our people, of course, with the continued support of our private

00:38 And it is important because we never had anything like this before.

00:44 And it is a testament to the forward thinking of many of our healthcare professionals, both

00:55 in the public sector and in the private sector, certainly.

00:59 And it is very important.

01:01 It shows that we put a priority on the healthcare of our people.

01:09 Very early on in my political career, when I was reminded, I was governor then and my

01:20 staff could not understand, it says you're using up one-third of your provincial budget

01:26 for healthcare.

01:27 I said, no matter how wealthy you are, no matter how successful you are, you cannot

01:33 enjoy that wealth or that success if you do not have your health.

01:38 And that is why it is a priority.

01:40 It may not be politically saleable.

01:45 People tend to deprioritize it because of political concerns.

01:50 But nonetheless, I cannot remove that from my mind.
