00:19I salute your strength, resilience and courage.

00:30Because of this, together with my colleagues in the DSWD and several other government agencies,

00:37we were able to ensure the safety and well-being of our first responders.

00:44Because of the continuous storms, I think some of them are really tired and have a hard time to continue their work.

00:54But they are still there.

00:55And that is why we are hoping, we know that they can really be trusted.

01:01Fellow countrymen, I know that you are suffering a lot.

01:05But I hope that we will not be discouraged.

01:10I look forward to our joint recovery, full of hope, love and unity.
