everyone would have thought about which party has solved so many problems for the people after coming to power,

But the sad thing is that in Pakistan, more than 260 million children are out of schools.

According to the report of the Zeli Institute of Education,

in Punjab, 11 million, in Sindh, 76 million and in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 36 million children are out of schools.

In Balochistan, 31 million and in Islamabad, 80,000 children are deprived of going to school.

In Balochistan, 39% of children are out of school.

In Balochistan, 65% of children are deprived of going to school.

Remember that Article 25A of the Constitution of Pakistan, the right to education,

which provides free education to children aged 5 to 16 years, is the responsibility of the state.

Where are we lacking? We are not able to provide education to our children.

The enrollment of children increased

from 25% to 75% in many schools.

This means that there was infrastructure

but because of poverty

and multiple other reasons,

children were not returning to the system.

We have to work on both.

Where there is a shortage of infrastructure,

we have to improve it.

And where there is none,

we have to encourage children to come to school.

There are economic and health reasons.

It's a combination of both.

And when you talk about population,

But Pakistan is increasing

Together, they are making a strategy

on how to improve the enrollment rate,

how to stop dropouts.

there is a healthy competition

between the provinces.

despite devolution,

we are not interfering.

But we have now started supporting

the provincial governments.

Where can we support them?

We are going to that extent

that we go to the scale side

to save children from dropouts.

NAVTEQ has done a massive rollout

We are supporting them

in many interventions.

In Gilgit-Baltistan,

there is a 99% literacy rate in Hunza.

In Chilas, where the literacy rate

the population is growing at 5%.

So again, it's a chicken and egg.

Thirdly, we have to prioritize
