Tier branding on e-scooters and e-bikes in Bristol and Bath will soon be changed to DOT, following the merger of the two companies.
00:10
From September 4th, all tier vehicles in the West of England region will also only be available via the DOT app.
00:18
Despite the new app for the users and the rebranded vehicles, the local team, operations and service team will remain the same.
00:28
The integration of the tier vehicles into the DOT app is said to offer a more efficient and reliable service to users and to the cities,
00:37
and to optimise the efficiency of local operations on a city and country level.
00:43
It follows the merger of the two companies, Berlin-based Tier and Amsterdam-based DOT at the beginning of 2024.
00:50
Tier DOT operates in over 400 cities across 21 countries, giving users access to an even larger fleet of electric scooters and bikes.
