00:36than 10 million. There's been all sorts of chatter and rumour around there about things

00:42like a release clause in his contract. Again, that would be a factor if it exists. We're

00:47unsure at this point. Obviously, he's got a long-term deal at the club and that puts

00:51Albion in a really strong position. Homegrown, local lad, really loves the club, loves the

00:58head coach and vice versa in terms of Corcoran. I've been a huge fan of his. So, look, I think

01:06it would be, regardless of the fee, it would be a huge blow to lose Fellows because I think
