00:00The Health Department continues to focus on increasing the number of cases of leptospirosis and dengue

00:09According to the DOH, from August 8 to August 13,

00:13more than 500 new cases of leptospirosis have been added.

00:18423 are adults and 100 are children.

00:22Eight of them have mechanical ventilators.

00:33As of now, there are no hospital beds in hospitals in the country.

00:38From January 1 to August 3,

00:41more than 136,000 cases of dengue have been reported,
