01:40Kugimiya, who was part of a gymnastics delegation in Paris, watched Yulo live from the venue

01:44sidelines and was delighted to see his gold-winning performances and emotional moments

01:49But Kugimiya tells Rappler he never got a chance to speak with Yulo following his win

01:57Despite their split in 2024, Yulo told Rappler in May there was no bad blood between them

02:03and he'd always be indebted to Kugimiya, who molded him into a world champion in the

02:07floor exercise in 2019 and vault in 2021

02:17immigration lookout for alleged links to a raided offshore gaming operator, or POGO

02:22An Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order, or ILBO, cannot prohibit the subjects from traveling

02:28The topmost subject of the ILBO, Catherine Cassandra Lee Ong, has reportedly left the

02:33country and is in Singapore

02:35The DOJ says it will request a Precautionary Hold Departure Order, or PHDO, against Roque,

02:42If granted by a court, the PHDO is the one that will bar overseas travel without a charge
