00:00I think this is really concerning. We've got a trading halt. It's deja vu all over again.
00:07It's only four weeks since Bonza went down, 323 workers gone, and Bonza trying to service
00:12regional Australia. The parallels here exist, but the problem is we've got RECs with 2,000
00:19workers and a really significant flow on regional footprint. So, you know, we're not quite sure
00:25what's happening with this trading halt. We're waiting for a response now from the
00:29company that is imminent. But we've also written overnight to the CEO because we need answers
00:36for the 2,000 workers, but also for regional Australia. This is an industry that seems
00:41to be constantly in crisis. Qantas is so commercially dominant that it's really hard for anyone
00:47else to have the space to operate. So we've been saying for a long time now that we really
00:53need a standalone regulator in place, a regulator that can look at this industry holistically,
00:59proactively, and think about what the commercial setting should be so that we can have viable
01:04operations into the future.
