00:37Why can't we ask ourselves?

00:38The ticket is already bought.

00:40The money is gone.

00:41It's a sunk cost.

00:42Am I getting something?

00:43If not, why must I not walk away?

00:46This walking away, this dropping, this letting go, this renunciation is at the core of all

00:52spirituality.

00:53Drop, drop, drop.

00:55Ruthlessly learn to give up what has no use.
