00:00What is this idea that unless you are in a long-term relationship with somebody,

00:04there is something missing?

00:05Long-term relationship is not a problem.

00:08A planned, hot-out, constructed and advanced relationship is a problem.

00:13It might actually be beautiful to grow old together,

00:16to be with someone for next 50 years.

00:18Companionship is wonderful.

00:19Companionship with the opposite gender too might be wonderful.

00:22But it's beautiful when it's day by day.

00:24Not when it has been made binding upon you

00:27by forces of society, culture and law.

00:31Why must you be so insecure?

00:33And if you have an inner void,

00:35then the Bhagavad Gita is there for you.

00:37Great writers are there for you.

00:38Great arts are there for you.

00:40Great books, great philosophies are there for you.

00:43The saints have such great songs of love.

00:45They are there for you.

00:46The problem is the guilt you are experiencing.

00:49Am I being selfish?

00:50You are entitled to be selfish.

00:52What else do you have in life except the self?

00:54Take care of it.

00:55What else will you take care of?

00:57If not the self.
