00:00Usually, when we make pancakes, we use all-purpose flour.

00:05But you know what?

00:06You can also use rice flour.

00:08We're going to make Rice Pancake with Lambanog Tanglad Syrup.

00:12Before we prepare our pancake components,

00:14let's prepare the syrup first so that later,

00:16by the time everything is cooked,

00:18our syrup will be cold and we can drizzle it.

00:21So we have our tanglad.

00:25We'll just put it in our pot with water.
